Homage Episode 6

This year we celebrate the 40th anniversary of Episode 6 Return of the Jedi with the Homage set tribute to Episode 6. Built by Wade Sabers with a rotating crystal chamber extension for the KR Flagship hilt, this piece is truly a fitting tribute to the finale of the original trilogy. Painstakingly etched by Vaults of Valhalla with iconic scenes, quotes and characters from Episode 6, you’ll be sure to recognise your favourite ones.

The first shroud is etched with the starry night of the rebel base on the moon of Endor, with the Death Star in the sky. Enameled and painted, the shroud glistens brightly. The second shroud is etched with the Sarlacc pit and plank where Luke stands looking down, saying “Free us, or die”. The main grip is etched with the throne room scene where Luke battles Vader with the Emperor watching while the space battle ensues outside the window. Throughout the emitter, choke and pommel are accents representing Star Wars icons.

Perhaps the most unique part of the Homage set is the hidden chassis sleeve etched with a canyon run scene. X-wing exhausts are adorned with LED lighting shining through from the chassis. The saber also features a custom blade plug designed by Starfall Sabers. The lightsaber is built with Proffie neopixel light and sound.
