Homage Episode 8

Episode 8 continues the sequel era Homage set etched by Ng Sabers and built and installed by Wade Sabers. Using a KR Sabers Flagship with shrouds from Origin Sabers, and a rotating crystal chamber extension, the saber is etched with iconic scenes and characters from The Last Jedi. On one shroud features the iconic skiff battle on Crait, while the other shroud features the battle between Luke and Kylo. If you look carefully, hidden in the clouds are the faces of Luke and Ben. On the grip is etched Luke’s last stand against the First Order.

As with all the Homage hilts, this piece features a hidden brass chassis sleeve etched with all the iconic characters, with specially milled windows for LED shine through from the chassis. Incredibly detailed etched showcase the droids, with their eyes lit by individually controlled LEDs. Amazing placement and alignment by Wade Sabers to pull this off! The saber is installed with Proffie for neopixel light and sound and features more than a dozen fonts and quotes from the movie.
