The Homage Episode 2 — Attack of the Clones

The Homage continues with Episode 2 Attack of the Clones. Just like the others in the prequel trilogy, this piece is triple etched and painted by Shadowcrest Designs, and built and installed by Wade Sabers. In tribute to iconic scenes and characters from Episode 2, the shrouds tell the story of Anakin’s gradual descent to the Dark Side, brought about by his mother’s death and his love for Padme, while inner emitter shows General Grievous lurking in the shadows. The grip depicts the story of the battle at Geonosis, where Anakin loses his arm and Yoda battles Dooku. The saber features the Flagship Crystal Chamber extension with the rotating cage designed by Wade Sabers.

Similar to all the Homage lightsabers, this Exhibit features the hidden brass chassis sleeve, etched with a distinct pattern featuring LED shine through from the chassis. The chassis is installed by Wade Sabers with Proffie for neopixel light and sound, featuring more than a dozen quotes from the movie. The saber is also accompanied by a custom built brass blade plug for Episode 2 by HARP lightsabers.
